Sound healing creates deep meditative states in which the body and spirit can literally attune itself to health and higher life frequencies. When combined with acupuncture, healing sound can deepen the relaxation as well as allow a client to find gateways to even greater healing. Sound can serve as a vehicle of intention, carrying powerful messages to the deepest reaches of the body and spirit.

I weave meditative soundscapes with didjeridoo, native flute, and singing bowls. The music of the living earth, the stars, the plants, and the human heart is my inspiration. I perform as a solo artist and also offer healing sound as a member of the Santa Cruz Healing Collective, the sound healing group Sacred Sound Circle, also based in Santa Cruz, CA, and the San Francisco Sound Healing Symphony.

I released my solo sound healing album, Attunements, in 2019. Attuinements is a meditative sound journey for healing work, inner journeying and deep state relaxation. Inspired by the transcendent music of nature and featuring didjeridoo, native flute, chimes, singing bowls, and vocals. Written and recorded in the Santa Cruz mountains of California.
