My practice as an herbalist is a unique synthesis, informed by years of formal training and practice in Western, Ayurvedic, Chinese, and indigenous Amazonian herbal medicine.

Every herbal healing program begins with diet as its foundation. Having the diet in order creates the “climate” for the herbs to do their work. With this in mind, I offer both herbs and nutritional counseling, and custom tailor an herb-diet regimen specifically for you.
